Changes and Traces

Hello, back again! People were dropping in throughout the day, felt like so many old friends. Sandy and I appreciated the breaks, a chance to slow down before more shifting and ship-shaping of the space. Early tasks included cleaning and making safe the drain from which fishy smells emanated. We swept up saw-dust – that looked so much like heaped and strewn sand – then, taking my nets and ropes out of storage, the space transforming from fish processing through woodworking to nascent exhibition space. Finding everywhere traces left behind.
